Katherine and I worked together starting in the summer of 2015. She taught me how to handle escalations with customers, the procedures I had to follow, and speed and quality.

There was so many procedures, so many exceptions, and some judgment calls we had to make on a daily basis that I thought learning everything would be impossible. However, Katherine was patient and allowed me to ask her as many questions, even if I asked her the same questions daily, without hesitation. She pretty much knew everything at her position as well as others. If she did not know, she would do research and make sure I had and answer. She not only trained me but also became a good friend. Someone I could talk to and not feel judgments. Katherine made me see different perspectives in life and I am truly happy she was my trainer and better yet, a friend.

Katherine did not disappoint. She was accessible, intelligent, responsive and guided me through the entire process which led to implementation of a much improved, streamlined process that is currently in place. The new process reduced cycle time by 60% and, as a change agent, I could not ask for a better person to work with. Katherine has a great disposition and is a true professional.
